Know exactly where
your money went.
Most tills tell you what you sold. Fikastore tells you whether that figure can be trusted — and keeps selling when the light goes off.
No card required. ₦7,500/month after — everything included.
Receipt numbers run unbroken, and a number is only ever used by a completed sale. So a gap is not a glitch — it is a sale that was rung and removed. One till. One shift. One cashier. A question with an answer.
If any of this sounds familiar
You are not short of sales.
You are short of proof.
The drawer is short again
Nobody can say why, and nobody can prove it was not them. So it happens again next month.
Every sale carries the cashier who rang it. Every shift ends with a counted drawer and a recorded difference.
The light went, so the shop stopped
No network, no register, no sales — on the busiest afternoon of the week.
The till holds its own copy and keeps selling. It sends everything up when the connection returns, on its own.
Your accountant does not trust the numbers
Figures that change when you reopen them are figures nobody can sign.
Statements freeze when issued and carry a check code. Alter the record and the page says so.
Works when nothing else does
The internet is not a
requirement to sell.
Your till keeps its own copy of your products, prices and staff, and records every sale on the machine itself. No connection needed. When one returns, it pushes everything up without anyone touching it.
- Sell through a power cut, a network outage, or a whole day offline
- Nothing is queued in a browser tab that can be closed and lost
- A sale that fails to send tells you why, in plain words, and retries itself
All three sales arrive in the portal on their own. Nobody re-keyed anything, and nothing was lost.
Proof, not dashboards
Three checks that turn your figures into evidence.
Any system can show you a total. These are the things that let you defend one — to a partner, an accountant, or a bank.
Unbroken receipt numbers
Every till issues receipts in sequence, and a refused sale gives its number back. A gap means a completed sale is gone — narrowed to one till and one shift.
Cash that adds up
Floats, takings, refunds, payouts and bank deposits, stated as one line of arithmetic. Card money is shown separately, because it is earned but not yet in your hands.
Statements you can hand over
Freeze a finished month under your name. The figures never move again, and a check code proves the copy in someone else's hand matches your record.
Shrinkage, split into two numbers
Most systems show one blended percentage, which is exactly where a real shortfall hides behind a legitimate write-off. We separate what somebody declared from what simply is not there. Only one of those is a question.
One figure, counted once. The website cannot sell what the counter just sold.
Sell online too
Your shop gets a website
that knows your stock.
Not a separate catalogue somebody has to remember to update. Customers see what is genuinely on the shelf right now, because it is the same figure your cashier is selling from — and the shop cannot promise online what somebody just carried out of the door.
- Customers order for collection or delivery, and pay by card or when they receive it
- Card payments go to your own account, not through us
- Every item shows how many are left, because the system genuinely knows
- Orders hold stock while they are packed, and release it if a payment is abandoned
- Handing an order over records it as an ordinary sale, in the same books as the counter
Included. Not an add-on, not a percentage of what you sell.
And the ordinary things, done properly
Everything a shop actually needs, in one price.
Card machines, reconciled
Record which Moniepoint or Opay terminal each card sale went through, then check a day against that machine's own settlement report.
Stock that is a ledger
Every receipt, sale, transfer and stocktake kept as a movement. You can always see how a figure was reached, not just the total.
Many branches, one view
Stock, staff, prices and takings across every location, with any report filtered to the branch you are looking at.
Shift handover that means something
X and Z reports print with the receipt range covered and signature lines for both people.
Customer and company credit
Customers top up and spend with a code. Larger companies get an account you credit directly against their bank transfer.
Reports that leave the building
Sales, expenses, products and staff export to Excel with your filters applied, ready for whoever is auditing.
Suppliers and orders
Record who you buy from and what you ordered, then check the delivery against it. Receiving puts the stock straight on the shelf.
Loyalty, if you want it
Points earned on a phone number at the till, spendable as credit. You set what a point is worth, and see what the programme is costing before it surprises you.
Your business on your phone
Takings, cash on hand and anything wrong, on one page built for a phone. Read-only, so nothing moves by accident.
Help that stays attached
Raise a problem from inside the portal. Replies land on the same ticket instead of somebody's inbox, with the history kept.
Pricing
One plan. Nothing held back for a higher tier.
You should never discover in month three that the stock tracking you have been relying on was something you did not buy. Every business on Fikastore gets the whole product.
